Order Issues & Replacements


All products in this store are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printify’s global print partners.

Because of this, we only offer replacements for the following issues:

Damaged items

Misprints

Incorrect items received

Items lost in transit


If any of these apply, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the product/problem


Once verified, we will issue a free replacement at no additional cost.


No Buyer’s Remorse Returns


Because each item is custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind

Customer mistakes in ordering


Please double-check your sizing, colors, and shipping address before placing your order.


Order Changes & Cancellations


Orders go into production quickly, so changes or cancellations may only be possible within the first 12 hours after purchase.

If an order has already entered production or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.


Shipping Issues


If your package is lost or tracking is stuck, contact us and we will investigate with Printify.

Confirmed lost packages will be replaced free of charge.


Incorrect Address Policy


If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the order ships, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address.
