Thank you for shopping with us! Below is our full shipping policy for all orders fulfilled through Printify.



1. Order Processing Time


All products are made-to-order.

Processing times typically take:

2–7 business days for production

Times may vary depending on product type and the Printify print provider used


Orders are sent to production automatically, so changes or cancellations may only be possible within the first 12 hours after purchase.



2. Shipping Times


Shipping depends on your location and the print provider.


Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

International: 7–20 business days


These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, holidays, or high seasonal volume.



3. Shipping Costs


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Print provider

Product type

Destination country

Selected shipping method


Some items may ship separately depending on the print provider or fulfillment location.



4. Tracking Information


Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.



5. Incorrect Addresses


Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to a customer error, we cannot refund or replace the order.

If the item is returned to the print provider, reshipping costs may apply.



6. Lost / Stolen / Delayed Packages


If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check:

With neighbors

With your local post office

Around your property


If still missing, contact us and we will open an investigation.


Lost packages confirmed by Printify will be replaced at no cost.


We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or shipping service interruptions, but we will help resolve issues wherever possible.



7. International Duties & Taxes


International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping prices.



8. Split Shipments


Because multiple print providers may fulfill your items, parts of your order may arrive separately.

You will receive tracking for each shipment.
